Not sure how to write this since it’s the first time it has happened to me. I ordered a case of TruFuel from someone named Supra MK4 – a third party seller on Amazon. The package never arrived. I’ve been with Amazon for over 20 years and they ALWAYS take care of their customers so after waiting the appropriate time for requesting a refund they acted immediately and I have received the refund. Please check reviews of sellers carefully before ordering is all I have to say. Oh…and use a credit card that has a protection policy (although that’s not necessary with Amazon since they are so good).TruFuel is a great product and burns nicely in my Honda mower. Starts up on first pull every time and runs very well for me. Just be careful of who you buy from.
