I had a very slow leak in my Amana side-by-side fridge/freezer. Using just a little of this product at a time, I was able to both seal the leak and slowly get the R134a back to the correct charge, by leaving my gauge/hose connected for several days and checking the pressure readings. Fridges can take a day or so to stabilize after adding refrigerant and eventually the pressure was remaining steady at 5psi and the freezer temperature was down to 0F degrees. I was a little concerned about possibly plugging up the cooling system with the sealant, so I took the little-by-little approach, which seems to have worked. I guess time will tell, but a much cheaper first step, compared to calling out a technician.

Have a dog house AC that stopped cooling. When tried to recharge with regular cooliant, discovered that there’s a small hole that leaks. Ordered this product, ant was able to seal it. Now my dog can chill during the hot summer.

The self sealing valve on the container is inferior. Could not use the refrigerant to recharge the A/C system in my vehicle. Used another product that has a proven track record: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B086Z4FF5N/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
