I have just used this one today. The rear window was icy and I gave it a try. I did not have to scratch the ice off, all I had to do was to wipe down the window. It was over in 30 seconds. Definitely recommend this if you live in a winter area.

I’ve used this item for a couple of yrs now ,literally my best friend when I need to defrost icy windows or windshields ,make sure you remove extra snow from mirrors or windshield ,(you can also spray on the back windshield) ,removing extra snow will allow the spray to work better and get more using times out of your bottle ,what I like to do is if I know it will snow from the night before I always spray just a little bit all over the windshields that way next day is not too hard and doesn’t take that long (even though ,even skipping this method (2-3mins max will work good ) I just like to cut the time in half specially for those days that you hit the snooze button 😂😬.

Bought them unexpectedly and had them in stock when we decided to do a road trip to Tennessee. We escaped the first wave moving east by starting ahead of a winter storm. But to head back we had to drive right through the second wave. Oh boy did these come in handy. When snow got worse, pulled into a gas station sprayed it up on vulnerable spots, door handles, wipers, Windows and mirrors. Lasted for the rest of the trip. Haven’t finished even one yet. Quickly defrost ice when sprayed on windshield. My car does not have auto-start. I was able to de-ice my car and my daughters car early in the morning.

Where I live, we get snow 6 months out of the year. So I keep a can of this de-icer with my snow/ice scraper in my car. I also keep a can by my front door in case my car door ices shut. This stuff really works! My first winter in my current home, I did not have de-icer and I was late to work very often. My second winter I wised up and bought a pack of this stuff, and was no longer late due to an icy windshield.Pro-tips from someone who deals with snow 6 months out of the year:1. Turn on your heater/defroster in your car.2. Sweep snow off of your car.3. Spray de-icer on your windshield and windows.4. Scrape off ice with a scraper. The de-icer melts the ice so you can actually move it off your windshield instead of it sticking to your windshield.Buy this if you get winter weather!
