I have never had any luck with any quick fix. But this immediately fixed my shudder. I donβt know how long it will last but at a minimum it prolonged a $3,500 to $4,000 expense for me. I bought a used 2016 f150 with about 85,000 miles and not too long after noticed a shudder at lower RPMβs under a load. It drove me nuts because Iβm pretty in tune with what a vehicle is telling me. Researched and found out itβs fairly common with my vehicle. Called a reputable transmission shop and they acknowledged that. Because they were very busy they recommended I have the fluid changed at a ford dealer and hope that worked. If not their repair was at a minimum a $3,500 rebuild swap with a one year warranty. I did that and it was slightly better for a day or two but then no different. I thought I would try this before I spent the money because my concern was getting the same issue down the road in addition to the $ hit. I put it in and tested it and right away the problem went away with all the low rpm test I did. Iβve been limiting the truck to 5th gear in my daily drying to keep the rom up just to reduce the issue and I tested in normal driving and letting it go to the indicated 6th hear. It did not shudder once in the brief test. If this were any other vehicle with a normal transmission fluid dip stick in the top side of the engine it would have been the quickest and easiest fix ever. With the F150 I had to get under the truck but still a 10 minute job. Like I said, it could stop working soon, I donβt know yet, but it definitely worked and was worth trying. If it stops working in a month or two Iβll take a turkey baster, remove a little fluid and do it again until Iβm ready to spend the money for a rebuild trans. I feel like whatever this is should be added to modern transmission fluids. Thatβs how big a difference it made.

I recently purchased a 2007 Rav4 that had a pretty bad torque converter shudder between 35 and 45 mph when it goes into lockup under a light load. I dropped the trans pan, changed the filter, drove it, drained the trans a second time and added Lubegard Protectant. That reduced the frequency and severity of shutter instances by 60% to 70%. After reading more threads on the subject I stumbled on the instant shudder fix and tried it. One bottle totally eliminated the noise!!! I have been unable it intentionally recreate the shudder. To say I’m amazed is an under statement since I seldom use additives of any kind. When it comes back (I’m sure it will eventually) I plan on doing another fluid exchange and using the second bottle of this.

It is fairly rare to find an additive that actually does what it says it will, but this one not only does, but does it very well.

Used this in a 2006 Honda Accord, and the slight shuddering between gears has disappeared. And is cleared up immediately! Amazing product.

2004 f150 5.4l shuttered at 45 mph to 65 mph. Fixed shutter instantly. Don’t know how long it will last but so far so good.

I’ve never bought additives that actually worked and I was highly skeptical. I saw so many videos on you tube swearing that it fixed their torque converter slipping. My 2016 F150 4×4 was shuddering pretty good and when I put that stuff in and drove it, never has shuddered again. I’ll update this review if it comes back
