I use these Dicor products to help maintain my RV roof. I first clean with the Dicor cleaner then I apply this Dicor protectant. All receipts for purchases of these products go into the RV maintenance file in the event I need to make a warranty claim on the Dicor rubber roof that is on my unit. I generally clean/protect twice a year. I used this method on my prior RV and it did maintain a reasonably white roof for the 5 years I owned the rig. Kept the fading and powdering to a minimum and it seemed to also reduce the “black streaking” as well down the sides of the rig. I apply the protectant with a sponge mop. I use about 3/4 of a bottle on my 28′ rig. I would recommend this product as part of anyone annual RV maintenance regime.

Did a good job of protecting the roof. Went on easy.

I have used other UV guard products and this seems a bit watery in comparison, not sure on its efficacy but used it because it was application specific and it may be kinder on an actual RV roof than my other products. Hard to know.

You’d think for this price, Dicor would spend a little extra money on a quality sprayer. The one that comes with it is very cheap and doesn’t stay on the bottle properly. Also, the sprayer doesn’t seem like it will last to the end of the bottle.Secondly, as others have commented, this seems suspiciously like watered-down Armor All. I’m going to pretend that it’s not, but applying it was not as straightforward as the directions implied. First off, as I just mentioned, the sprayer is garbage. So it takes some effort just to spray the solution effectively. After you managed to get a reasonable amount of the product on your roof (think 2-3 pumps per small section), then you use your sponge, etc. to spread it. Due to the poor quality of the sprayer, this becomes extremely tedious and non-productive after a couple of minutes, so I removed the sprayer and started pouring it on the roof, and then quickly spreading it.After I finished, I have to be honest, I didn’t notice anything different, but it became clear, as per the instructions, that you’re probably going to have to re-apply this after rain, wash, or both. Not good.Would not recommend this product.

There is no option to request a refund for damaged item and wonโt let you do an exchange. As you can see in the picture, all of the product is in the bottom of this bag. Wasted money. Ridiculous.

What i didnโt like: the bottle arrived empty! ANDโฆI cant get a refund until I return the empty, sticky, empty bottle still leaking in the plastic bag that it arrived in.
