I was skeptical that this would work on my Porsche Boxster and that it would not cause other problems. I had an annoying drip from the pressurized coolant reservoir, which was new. I didn’t want to make another trip to the shop. Every day there would be a small puddle under the car and I had to top off the coolant every 2-3 weeks. The next day after the treatment, no puddle. I’ve had to top off once in the last 6 months.

I have a 2010 JEEP Liberty Sport that developed a coolant leak. When I had the oil changed in December, there was apparently no coolant. They replaced the radiator cap, but that didn’t fix the leak. This did. After adding Stop Leak to the overflow, It took some driving for a week or two. The coolant level has been the same for the past few weeks and the spots in the garage are much smaller..Before buying Stop Leak, I took the JEEP in to get this checked. They didn’t find any problem and the cooling system held pressure.

Was recommended this to fix my radiator leak. This clogged up my entire system and my thermostat. If your looking to get this then you have a problem that your looking to delay till you can afford to fix it. And what’s going to happen is this is going to cause you more problems than you have. Replacing a radiator is cheaper then replacing a radiator, a thermostat, flushing your system, and refilling it with new coolant.

I have a 1997 Chevy Venture 3.4 V6 and a small leak develop in the upper area of the engine with a smallamount of coolant leaking out. Put the Bar’s stop leak in the radiator and after a couple hundred miles, the leak went away. So far, there is no more leak.

I usually don’t put much stock into stop leaks. If you’re using one then you already have a problem. Well the thing is, I replaced my radiator where the leak was. Problem solved. Now I have a leak from the lower radiator hose to the motor. I couldn’t find the “sweet spot” for the clamp and it just kept leaking. No matter where I put it. One would think that it’s leaking from the water pump. Pump is fine, got a leak around the hose. Moved clamp up, leaked less, move clamp over to the flange, leaked more. Within six minutes of using this my leak is gone. If you have a small leak that’s driving you up the wall. This’ll fix it.
