From my time on various automotive sites I visit, this is the brake rubber lubricant the pros recommend. I have used this on Subaru, Nissan and Lexus caliper pin boots.

I have done countless brake jobs in my life. Most with anti-seize on the pad tabs and contact points, many with nothing at all. I cannot recall having any issues, other than an occasional random squeak here and there. Enter my 2011 Santa Fe GLS with aftermarket brakes (Max Brakes XDA Elite rotor with the carbon ceramic pads). I do know that carbon ceramics can squeak on occasion as well, but this was incessant, FWD and REV. Note I have used this brake combo on 7 vehicles before, without this issue. The Santa Fe was due for a suspension overhaul anyway, so I bought this unicorn juice for reassembly. Worked like a charm. Brakes shut up, 10days and 300mi in. The real test will be after Wisconsin winter’s salt and slush – I will update if need be….

Haven’t used this product for brakes yet, but it works great for the nylon rollers of my sliding glass door and definitely came in handy for the laser rails of my engraver.

Works good on brake caliper slider pins

This lube cured a brake squeal in reverse I couldn’t figure out, but I disassembled and lubed the backing plate, the piston tubes, slides, etc and now its silent! You get a lot of lube so it should last me many years! Maybe more than I have left LOL!
