Stuff works good. Have to be realistic though. I purposely wear dark pants because I get grease & oil all over me. Does this stuff get every stain out….no. But it gets the worst of it out. I come home covered in filth. I wash with this stuff, pants looks decent as far as work pants go. I can wear them again. I also tend to work in some pretty smelly places that leave a lingering odor. This stuff does a great job of getting all smells out, including that oilly residual smell that was always left behind. I’ll by buying it again for sure. I think people say this stuff doesn’t work have unrealistic expectations. Grease is grease, nothing fully gets that out of clothes. And although the bottle seems small for the price, you use far less of amount than normal detergents, so its not as expensive as it may seem. I do use a front loading machine.

The SituationMy boyfriend had a home heating oil spill in the basement of his rental house and everything, his furniture, clothes, etc was saturated with the smell of oil. We tried so many things to get the oil smell out of the clothes but they just did not work – all the home remedies, vinegar, baking soda, spray bottle of vodka … After talking to my stepsons who are both mechanics, they recommended this product. I was hesitant because I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and can have random allergic-type reactions to different products. The BadAdd me to the list of people complaining about the bottle having spilled in its packaging upon arrival. It appears that the very top peak of the cap is remarkably thin plastic, and it somehow cracked, causing detergent to leak out into the bag. I found the crack when I tried to measure out a capful according to use directions and it started oozing out the bottom of the cap. We probably lost about a cup and a half of detergent to the leak. This is a design flaw that should be looked into. The GoodI did not know if or how I would react to the orange oil scent, but fortunately I did OK with it, I avoided getting it on my skin and wore my normal carbon filter mask while using. The orange oil scent mostly burned off of the clothes in the dryer, actually. Most of his clothes came out oil-smell free in just one wash. Some of the fabrics were more challenging to get the smell out, a second wash with half of this and half of my regular detergent actually got most of the rest of them cleaned, though there were a few that we could not keep in the end. Pleasantly surprised that it ended up working on the oil odor.

I work in parts at a dealership and deal with tires and dust and other chemicals on the daily. At home I do my own work so my clothes get dirty fast and often. Presoak is advised but they take care of most gunk. Smells like the hand cleaner. The bottle is less than you’d hope for, but I’ve gotten maybe 20-30 loads with the recommended amount for a “high efficiency” machine

When I opened the box and saw a small bottle, I thought “oh come on” then I saw how ‘watery’ it is, I did not have any hope. BUT, WOW – I WAS WRONG!! That little cap of orange power really worked on grease soaked jeans and work shirts. My washing machine is cleaner! I was scrubbing it out after every load of grease soaked clothes. I only smell a faint grease smell on the clothes. My dryer is happier also! I was so afraid I was going to have a fire, when I would dry those work clothes before – Now, I smell the orange scent when the dryer is running. After trying so many other brands of cleaners and pre-treaters ONLY this one did the trick! Thank You!!

Only thing is that the tough grip tape didnt stop the bottle from leaking. I know its only plastic and it was my fault, but I set the bottles on the washer machine while it was running and I guess it ended up sliding off from the vibration and when it hit the floor, it cracked the cap. But other than that, the product itself is definitely worth it. Just dont make my mistake and set it somewhere to be fallen

Washed a shirt with grease on it and it didn’t come off. I decided to pre treat the grease by applying the soap directly and scrubbing a little before the wash. Grease came right out.

Removed diesel fuel odor and stains from my husband’s clothing. I tried everything, but Fast Orange was the only product that worked!

I use this product for my husband’s work clothes. It really does take out the grease and grime and leaves a pleasant scent. It’s a bit pricey but I only use it once a week so it will be a while before I purchase anymore.
