Once the bottle is opened, don’t lay or store it on it’s side. The bottle top leaks, no matter how tight the cap is. My only problem with it.

It can get pretty cold during winter here in the northeast. A few years ago my outdoor heating oil tank got so chilled that the diesel fuel inside it jelled and stopped flowing to my boiler. The house got real cold real fast. I had to fuel the boiler out of 5 gallon jugs until the tank thawed. Lesson learned, did some research and found that Howes is one of the best products one can use to prevent diesel fuel from jelling, so Iβve been adding a 64 oz. bottle of Howes to every wintertime oil delivery that I get. Problem solved!
